A Hale Mom Is A Supermom
And there can't be any denial to this fact. Since the crack of the dawn
till the dead of the night she needs to be #fighting fit. Being on toes at home/ workplace for family, kids,
soulmate etc. takes a toll of her high spirit, and this in turn decays her kinship
mostly with her own kids. She's scarred with a self-imposed stigma of #not a good mom.
Grossly, a woman undervalues her Physical and Spiritual wellbeing.
So....What's the solution?
Early to bed & early to rise...
When we set the alarm 30-40 minutes ahead of our regular time & rise
early, we get that #Solitary Self
Indulgence Opportunity. This time charges us up with positivity that
enhances our entire physical and mental vitae, to carry on our supposedly most
mundane chore, in an unexpectedly fervent style. Not only this, the STEAL TIME also envisages, that warmth
& harmony, in each and every act we do for our family, which was hitherto
missing.
This 30-40 minutes span can be harnessed for Meditation/ Remembrance of
the Almighty/Pre-Preparation of Breakfast or meals/ visualising the
accomplishments of the day's tasks as also a bit of exercise, if desired.
So, the routine doesn't start with the customary daybreak chaos. We greet
the family and school going kids with that magical curve on our face, a #Smile, which not only makes other's day
but also soaks our content parched souls.
So Ladies, if you wanna fight the age related physical & mental
challenges, akin hypertension/ depression/ hormonal disorders etc. etc., blush
your outer & inner being with the perks you enjoy whilst
