As a teacher I find many students who are really brilliant and studies, but at the time of exams they get disturb and confuse and unable to score good marks in exam, just because they don’t know how to study for exams and study effectively. At my coaching classes in Nagpur, most of the parents comes with their children with complaint that their children studied very hard but still not getting good scores in exams. Research proves that developing good study habits and proper study methods can help you to study effectively during exams. You can simply change your study habits and methods and you can easily change your grades from average to excellent. Research shows that studying in a smarter way can improve grades.  If your study methods are proper, then it is not at all difficult to score good marks. 5.     Take short breaks while studying which helps brain process information. Using memory techniques like mnemonics improve learning speed.

b.     Healthy food: Study shows that high vegetables and low sugar helps for concentration.

c.      Exercise: It helps to refresh your brain and tiredness

e.      Visualization and imagination: Always think about your goals will help you to achieve them 

7.     Students should avoid following activities during exams

a.     Surfing on internet: It will distracts you from studying

b.     Listening to music: Stop listening music during study hours

c.      Watching television: Stop watching your TV during exams

d.     Messaging and social media: Avoid using mobiles during your exams, it is most common activity which damage your study.
